MC Equestrian Cancellation Policy

Lesson Cancellations:

More than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the commencement of the private lesson

• The booking may be transferred to another date or reissued as a credit to the customer’s account
• Refunds not available.

Between 3 days (72 hours) and the commencement time of your private lesson

• Bookings may be transferred to a sooner date, if available, or to another person if there is an available horse.  There will be a $20 administration fee.
• Make up sessions are not provided for any reason
• Refunds or customer credits not available

Course Cancellations:

• Please choose your course carefully before booking as refunds or account credits are not provided.
• Course or session transfer is not available between course dates.
• If you are unable to attend a course or miss a session for any reason, there are no make-up sessions
• Refunds or customer credits not available

Pony Party Cancellations:

• 100% of the booking value may be transferred to another date when requested with more than 4 weeks notice.
• Refunds not available

In the rare event that MC Equestrian Riding School needs to cancel or postpone a lesson or course session, for example but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, safety or security:

• Bookings may be transferred to another date or reissued as a credit to the customer’s account
• Refunds not available.

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Agistments using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Agistments directly. MC Equestrian Riding School is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
